As we get into the New Year, I’ve been trying to focus on making regular comfort food meals slightly healthier, and this stuffed peppers recipe is the perfect option. Not only is it super filling from the protein of the turkey and fiber of the quinoa, but it is very healthy and also perfect for making ahead!
